Cooking Beyond Borders 1

Meril’s Sri Lankan Bread

Ingredients:
Flour – 500 g
Dried coconut – 150 g
Butter – 25 g
2 Eggs
3 teaspoons salt

Mix together ingredients for 5-6 minutes. Divide dough into six even pieces. Press into six flat circles. Fry and eat for breakfast.
